Hi everyone,
Well, unfortunately I've been suffering a multitude of health problems over the last few years. After numerous doctors and dozens of tests I've eventually been diagnosed with:

CFS/ME - Chronic Fatigue (+ Immune Dysfunction) Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis

This debilitating disorder also has a number of commonly co-occurring illnesses. Of these I have also been diagnosed with:

Autoimmune Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's thyroiditis)

Adrenal Insufficiency (also know as adrenal fatigue)

Postural Orthostatic Tacyicardia Syndrome (P.O.T.S)

Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ Disorder)

Below is a bit of my own personal experience, some general information and suggested links for more information about each illness. If you are diagnosed with any of these conditions, inform yourself as much as possible and insist on finding a treatment that works for you. If the doctor you are seeing doesn't appreciate having a well informed patient then it's time to find a new doctor!
